What does a filtered showerhead do?
Luscentra combines up to 99% residual-chlorine reduction, up to 30% lower water use, up to 6× greater spray force and more than 400,000 negative ions/cm³ at the spray plate with a replaceable Vitamin C capsule and serviceable filtration.

Which model fits my shower?
Wall Mount is for a compatible fixed shower arm; Handheld is for a compatible flexible hose. Check your fitting on WhatsApp and attach a photo there before ordering if you are unsure. When do the components need replacing?
Check the microfibre filter regularly, approximately monthly, and replace it when flow or spray weakens. A Handheld Vitamin C capsule typically lasts 2–3 months and a Wall Mount capsule typically lasts 4–6 months; replace it when the contents are depleted and the capsule appears clear. Replace the ceramic-ball filter approximately every six months. These are maintenance intervals, not fixed filtration-performance guarantees. Timing varies with water conditions, temperature, usage and shower habits.
What about scent?
Every Starter Kit begins with a Citrus Vitamin C capsule. When it is time to replenish, Citrus, Lavender, Jasmine, Rose and Neutral options let you change the ritual. Neutral is the no-added-aroma option.
