Will Luscentra fit my shower?
The screw-on design is made for compatible standard 1/2-inch threaded shower connections. Choose Handheld for a compatible hose or Wall Mount for a compatible shower arm. Current Luscentra guidance excludes electric showers.

How is installation arranged?
Complimentary installation is available on request for eligible Starter Kit orders, subject to service coverage. Request it in your cart or contact Luscentra after ordering. After delivery, our team will verify your order, address and coverage before confirming the next step.
Can I install it myself?
If you prefer to install the showerhead yourself, follow the model-specific instructions and check the connection before use. View installation guidance.
Where does the spare Handheld rubber ring go?
Place the extra black rubber ring at the top of the shower hose connection before screwing on the Handheld showerhead.
What is included in a Starter Kit?
The selected Handheld or Wall Mount showerhead, one Citrus Vitamin C capsule, one microfibre filter and one ceramic-ball filter.

What does Luscentra do?
Luscentra combines up to 99% residual-chlorine reduction, up to 30% lower water use, up to 6× greater spray force and more than 400,000 negative ions/cm³ at the spray plate with a replaceable Vitamin C capsule, a microfibre layer and a ceramic-ball filter.
Performance varies with inlet pressure, household plumbing and product configuration. Figures based on manufacturer testing of corresponding models.
Is Luscentra a water softener?
No. Luscentra targets residual chlorine and visible particles; dissolved hardness requires a water-softening system. Descale the spray plate when needed, particularly in hard-water areas.
What does the microfibre layer do?
The replaceable microfibre layer helps catch visible particles such as rust and sediment. It is not a claim to remove dissolved hardness, dissolved metals or every impurity.
What does the ceramic-ball filter do?
The ceramic-ball filter is a replaceable component for the compatible Luscentra showerhead. Luscentra is not sold as a water-disinfection system.
Does Luscentra increase water pressure?
Luscentra delivers up to 6× greater spray force. This describes the measured spray force at the showerhead, not an increase in household or supply pressure.
How much water does Luscentra use?
Luscentra uses up to 30% less water. Actual results vary with inlet pressure, household plumbing and product configuration; this is not a promise of a fixed household saving.
What are the negative-ion figures?
Luscentra produces more than 400,000 negative ions/cm³ at the spray plate. This measured count may be paired with sensory language about an invigorating, spa-like shower; it is not a medical or air-purification claim.
What are the Vitamin C capsule choices?
Choose Citrus, Lavender, Jasmine or Rose for an aromatic shower, or Neutral when you prefer no added aroma. Neutral describes the aroma choice, not a guarantee against allergic reactions.

When should I replace the Vitamin C capsule?
A Handheld Vitamin C capsule typically lasts 2–3 months. A Wall Mount Vitamin C capsule typically lasts 4–6 months. Replace it when the contents are depleted and the capsule appears clear.
These are maintenance intervals, not a fixed filtration-performance guarantee. Timing varies with water conditions, temperature, usage and shower habits.
When should I replace the microfibre filter?
Check it regularly, approximately monthly, and replace it when flow or spray weakens. Timing varies with water conditions, temperature, usage and shower habits.
When should I replace the ceramic-ball filter?
Replace it approximately every six months. Timing varies with water conditions, temperature, usage and shower habits.
Orders, delivery and returns
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch all orders within two days. After dispatch, prepaid orders travel by free express shipping with estimated transit of 3–5 days. Cash on Delivery orders travel by regular shipping with estimated transit of 7–12 days.
What is the Cash on Delivery charge?
Cash on Delivery costs ₹500 once per checkout, regardless of item count or quantity. It is not charged on prepaid orders.
Can I return an order?
Under Luscentra’s commercial returns policy, a request must be submitted within seven days of delivery and is eligible only when the product arrived damaged and remains unused. Opening the packaging to inspect the product does not, by itself, make it used. Undamaged change-of-mind returns and used-product returns are not eligible under this commercial policy.
This does not limit remedies required by applicable Indian consumer law for defects, incorrect goods, misdescription and other protected matters.
